We have underwritten and funded private real estate loans internally for over 24 years. 


We offer investors the opportunity to lend alongside us (We personally contribute 50%+ on each transaction) on these conservatively underwritten loans secured by residential and commercial real estate. 


These deeds of trust offer a fixed rate of return generally with terms of 1 to 2+ years with payback rates of 10% - 13.5% per annum paid monthly. 


Loan amounts range from $100,000 to $2,000,000.


We do not pool funds. Our investors know exactly what they will be lending on case by case.


$50,000 minimum investment per transaction required (currently accredited investors only)
