We have funded private loans internally for over 24 years. We offer investors the opportunity to purchase (partial or whole) current performing loan notes secured by a deed of trust directly from us.


These are property specific trust deed transactions that we have already personally underwritten and funded and offer a fixed rate of return secured by real estate.  


Our general terms are 1-2 years with  payback rates of 8.5 - 11% per annum paid monthly.
