We have underwritten and funded private real estate loans internally for over 25 years. 


We offer investors the opportunity to lend alongside us (We personally contribute 50%+ on each transaction) on these conservatively underwritten loans secured by residential and commercial real estate OR we offer the opportunity to purchase seasoned performing Notes that we have previously originated and funded.


These deeds of trust offer a fixed rate of return generally with terms of 1 to 2+ years with payback rates of 10% - 13.5%+ per annum paid monthly. 


We do not pool funds. Our investors know exactly what they will be lending on case by case.
