(We were able to use the equity in our clients current property that they were planning to sell as their down payment and cross collateralize both properties so they did not have do utilize any asset accounts for the down payment)

(We were able to only use the Bank Statement balance to qualify (no tax returns))
$525,000 second mortgage refinance construction bridge loan. 12 month term interest only. Single Family. 70% cltv. Investment.
(We were able to fund an in-house private money second mortgage construction loan to help a client finish construction on a spec home)
